Jason's Deli has a great salad bar. You can skip the line for the salad bar and/ or soup. I like being able to get just the amount of everything I want. I get some spinach, broccoli, artichoke hearts, apples, peas, cucumbers, carrots, olives, onions, peppers. Instead of dressing, I add a lot of this stuff that is like trail mix, raisins and nuts mixed together. Actually, I am unable to eat all this in one meal, but the leftovers are great out of the fridge for a snack later on.
